Introduction: Health Organizations (HOs) worldwide are vital to any nation’s capacity withstand crises. The COVID-19 pandemic increased the HOs’ awareness of importance Organizational Resilience ensure Operational Continuity during This study aimed identify main elements affecting resilience, enable their application in long-term processes building. Method: A cross-sectional examining level organizational resilience HOs was performed, a general hospital (group A) and one region Emergency Medical Services–EMS B). structured questionnaire, consisting 29 items, developed, validated, subsequently used assess resilience. questionnaire encompassed: ethos, culture, leadership human capital, situational awareness, adaptability, performance, learning ability. Results: respondents included 225 participants from 214 EMS. Both presented high (average score among EMS personnel 3.79 versus 3.91 respectively). In multivariate linear regression test, factors found predict (in both organizations) were education (academic/non-academic), gender (male/female), two age groups (20-30 & 31-40).
